Elegance Rosa Chiaro

Note: Ranunculus ship starting in late September to late October based on availability and your zone, unlike other products. 

Elegance Rosa Chiaro is a soft pink Italian Ranunculus with fully double blooms and gently layered petals. Flowers measure 3–4" across and grow on sturdy 12–16" stems, making them perfect for cutting. It blooms in late spring for zones 8–10 and early summer for zones 4–7, with a clean, romantic color that pairs well with both pastels and bold tones in the garden or vase. In zones 8–10 it grows as a perennial, while in zones 4–7, corms should be lifted, dried, and replanted each spring. Bred for strong performance and high bloom count.

Planting Instructions: 

Plant Ranunculus in the fall for zones 8-10 for spring blooms. In zones 4-7, store the hardened corms in a cool, dark place and plant in early spring for early-summer blooms.

1. Soak corms in room temperature water for 3-4 hours; avoid oversoaking.

2. Choose an area with full sun for planting.

3. Add compost and a balanced fertilizer to your soil.

4. Plant corms 9” apart, 2-3” deep, with tentacles facing down in the soil.

5. Water after planting and continue weekly watering to ensure the corms do not dry out for the remainder of the growing season.
