Levante Fuchsia
Note: Anemone ship starting in late September based on availability and your zone, unlike other products.
Levante Fuchsia is a bright purple-pink flower that can’t decide if she’s a ranunculus, anemone, or daisy! Her pointed, bright petals and dark eye bring interest to the garden, and her 4 week vase life makes her a favorite for bouquets. Anemones are excellent cut flowers, deer resistant, and a pollinator favorite. Each corm can produce up to 10+ flowers. Succession planting is recommended to keep them blooming all season long.
Levante Fuchsia is sold in packs of 10.
Planting Instructions:
Plant in fall for Zones 7–9 and in spring after the last frost for Zones 4-6. Growers in zones 4-6 will need to dig and dry corms yearly and replant in the spring. They can be stored in a cool, dry place over winter in a garage or basement.
1. Soak Corms in room-temperature water for 4–6 hours before planting.
2. Choose a full sun to part shade location and well-drained soil. Amend with compost if needed.
3. Plant corms 2–3" deep and space 3–6" apart.
4. Water after planting and keep the soil moist but not soggy using a low-nitrogen fertilizer when shoots and buds appear.
