For more than a thousand years the Japanese have celebrated different phases of the harvest. In that tradition, Bar Agricole offers you the Hashiri gin, which celebrates the early harvest. Hashiri is a blend of Meyer lemon, green Washington navel, and Buddha’s Hand citron; all of which were picked on December 1st and set to macerate in biodynamic grape spirit.
